Hello, I Felt A Sort Of Thumping Sensation On The

Hello, i felt a sort of thumping sensation on the right side of my head (not a headache more of a pulse) then a feeling of liquid or fluid when it stopped, i went to the hospital yesterday and they performed some test and said i was fine, but im scared that its an anuerysm side of my head still feels weird.
