Hello, I Got A Second Time PID Burning Sensation In

Hello, i got a second time PID burning sensation in my lower abdomen in both side.When last year it happened , after the sonography report showed " minimal fluid in POD" and my doctor gave me an antibiotic and an injection placentrex for 5 days. I was all cured after that. but from yesterday i got the same symptops again . the problem is i lost the previous prescription and also gave shifted to a new city, where searching a doctor is very tough for me. plz help. shall i take the injection placentrex for 5 days again? what can be the antibiotic tablet that i can take with that( i forgot the previously taken name)
