Hello. I Had A Miscarriage Following Which DNC Was Done

Hello. i had a miscarriage following which DNC was done a year back from now. I have had Urinal infection thrice since January 2015. I got my last menstrual period 24th July which lasted for 6days as usual in every month. Last week i had done my Blood & Ultrasound scanning. Doctor advised there is no problems but a minute Hormonal disorder so asked me to take Obimet 500mg twice a day with Folic acid tablet only once a day.
I am very slim but the Gynaec also said to control my weight & not to put on much weight.
Me & my hubby are waiting eagerly to have a baby. Can anyone suggest after considering my last menstrual period when is the right time of ovulation.
Also once we have intercourse will after 2-3 hours the excess or whole sperms flow out. M very confused of this as i am getting a feeling if this is normal or no.

Please help ASAP as i dont want to miss my ovulation period.
