Hello I Had A Small Utility Cart That The Gross

Hello i had a small utility cart that the gross weight was bout 3500 tons run up my leg to my hip. The cart rolled back and settled on my ankle that was turn outward. I can move it and wiggle my toes and all but the swelling in the ankle only has not gone down it been a week now. It only bruised on the top of the ankle bone and on sole of the foot under the ankle bone. I still have a good sizes Hematoma about the size of half of a tennis ball on the ankle it self.
