Hello I Had A Tubal Ligation Done 8 Yrs Ago

i had a tubal ligation done 8 yrs ago with complications during procedure i began to bleed out as soon as my doctor cut into the 1st tube not sure what was done on the 2nd i'm thinking clamped doctor said my tubes are fibrocystic last month my period was normal this month i began cramping 3 days before something i never do no period showed on the day it should now i'm 5 days late 8 days of cramping with a white discharge no odor been to my regular doctor took a urain preg test at office at 2 days late it was nag also tested for bladder infection neg as well she did a pap and said my cervixs looked red i fell like something is not right any idea what this could be
