Hello I Have A 29 Weeker Preemie Who Is Now

Hello i have a 29 weeker preemie who is now 3 months actual 1 week adjusted i put her on the couch to grab her bottle and she somehow slipped off and fell onto the carpeted floor face up the couch to floor length is less then 2 ft she cried for a minute then i consoled her and she ate right after no vomiting shes acting fine and i kept her up for about 45 minutes after the fall should i take her straight to er or just monitor her and what are other signs i should watch for no bumps or swelling or marks
