Hello I Have A Large Mole Directly Ubove My Right

Hello i have a large mole directly ubove my right ear. Its been the same size since i was a child. Lately it has been getting puffy and sometimes when i place my glasses on it is sore to the touch. I decided to cleanse it one day with peroxide and immediately all foamed up. I pressed on my mole and it started leaking clear fluid with a potent smell. However that was over a few weeks ago and still til this day if i press on it the fluid leakes out. My question is I was just curious if this is a serious issue. Thankyou
