Hello I Have A Question. Me And My Husband Been

Hello i have a question. Me and my husband been trying to concieve. And last month i was pregnant but it happened to be a chemical pregnancy. This month i have been waiting on my period. And its 9 days late. I have light cramps and itchy nipples. Could that be a sign? I took a test when i was 3 days late and it came out negative but now im 9 days late.
