Hello, I Have A Question About Some Symptoms Im Having

Hello, i have a question about some symptoms im having right now. Im 34 weeks pregnant and im not sure if they are real contractions. I have a pain in my abdominal area towards my lower back and also been having like period cramps and it hurts all the way to my thighs. Not sure what to do the pain comes and goes like every 5-10 minutes. Is it really contractions or braxton hicks? Please help, thank you. <3
