Hello, I Have A Question Please, My Son Is 10

Hello, i have a question please, my son is 10 months old now , he was ciscumsized 20 days after he was delivered, the problem is that last week his pedi, adviced me to see a urologist doctor as his genital organ has accumalted skin due to fats as he is chubby and am not sure how describe this but it looks short and not growing though he is passing urine normally but that urologist advised to do detachment foreskin surgery but its better to wait until he is 1 year old, can you please let me know more about this case as i dont trust this doctor's opinion, she tells me that he looks as if he is not circumsized due to accumlation of the skin on his organ, shall we go for this surgery or it will be better as he grows up?
