Hello ..i Have A Red Spot On My Right Leg

Hello ..i have a red spot on my right leg ..its a very painnig spot of about 4*4 inches with too much pain ..i took antibiotic a month before and it become normal but now started developing on left leg...

Kindly guide me what is this ?
I have consulted to orthopedic surgeon but he didnt understand the matter..
