Hello I Have A Right Hip Transitional Area Which Is

Hello i have a right hip transitional area which is ony fused to one side of the hip . sometimes i feel if my hips tilt sometimes and get sciatic type of pain what type of interventions can i get done is a bone fusion possible in that area. i am also active playing cricket
