Hello, I Have A Unique Situation…I Have Mild Psoriasis, But

Hello, i have a unique situation…I have mild psoriasis, but I when I get it, it is in a VERY sensitive area, my penis. Usually a red spot or spots on the shaft, rarely but recently on the head. I use Protopic oitment which helps, but tried an alternate last Thursday evening. I used a LED photo therapy device (i.e. small tanning bed) on the area of my penis. Well, I definitely overdid it and basically sunburned my penis! Ahhh…rough. For the last couple of days, it was red and very irritated, and clothing really was bothersome. I applied Aloe and tried to keep the clothing loose. Today, the pain has subsided tremendously but blistering is starting on the head of the penis near he tip, the rim part, and the top of the shaft. I hoping that the healing process has begun and obviously I will NEVER do that again. My question is, do I just need to let it run it's course, how can I help it heal faster, what to avoid, and anything else i should be aware of - very difficult process! Thanks for your help
