Hello, I Have A Uti And Was Prescribed A Medication

Hello, i have a uti and was prescribed a medication that caused really bad anxiety. They gave me another that also has anxiety as a side effect. I have anxiety really bad sometimes so i dont need something that will enhance or cause these attacks. Does clindamycin cause anxiety? Will it help with the uti? I am so scared to take an antibiotic that will cause me anxiety so i dont know what to take or do. Please help
