Hello I Have Been Experiencing For Months That When I

Hello i have been experiencing for months that when i go to poop my vagina makes a fart-like sound and discharge that appears to look like skin tissue comes out. I have recently had two back to back kidney infections with blood in urine & high ph , ur leukocyte esterase was small-high urine RBC & WBC were high, epithelial cells were high as was urine mucus. I sm afraid i may have something going on other than just a UTI that spreads to the kidneys . A CT scan was done so idk if i had anything else if that wouldve shown up or not? Any ideas?
