Hello I Have Been To The Hospital At Least 4

Hello i have been to the hospital at least 4 times for reoccurring pain in my right lower abdomen, everytime i go to the hospital they tell me nothing is wrong, i am in serve pain, and they always just send me away after a few hours and tests, nothing comes up in the tests i guess. Today im throwing up and pretty dizzy and the pain is crazy but i don't wanna go to the hospital just to be sent away again...What would you suggest?
