Hello. I Have Been Using Petogen Injection For A Year

Hello. i have been using petogen injection for a year but I didn't go for my next shot last month now am feeling all dizzy, tired some kind of period pains so now I started spotting but the pregnancy test is negative. am super worried what can be wrong? i can't be pregnant i wouldn't survive please help me out of my misery
