Hello, I Have Bruised Coloured Pinhole Spots All Over My

Hello, i have bruised coloured pinhole spots all over my body which started 4days ago whilst i was in spain (just home) ive also been feeling faint, sick, cant keep food down and struggling with fluids.. Phoned NHS24 and they said try push fluids and take paracetimols which hasnt made me any better. I have been sick a few times, had alot of loose stool ( number 7 chart) which is now a 4. Also a bad head ache which has lasted 4 days also.. Any idea what is wrong? I feel awful.

Currently off work- i am a carer.
