Hello.. I Have Epidydmis Lump In My Right Testicle. Got

Hello.. i have epidydmis lump in my right testicle. Got an ultrasound done which showed abscess and doctor removed abscess through a small 30 mins operation.
However the lump is still there.. i am on antibiotics.. lump size has decreased but very little.. how long does it generally take..
Its been exactly 2 weeks since i was operated
