...Hello i have fingernail fungus and i have been taking Itraconazole 200 once daily for almost 2month now.there is new growth clear from infection but the infection is crawling down to infect the infection is now half my nail . is it ok for fungus to crawl down ? And does swimming and water exposure woresing the fungus ? I am going in vacation and i am worried about that . When to consider surgical nail removal? I am also worried about that
