Hello I Have Had Chronic Lower Back With Serve Pain

Hello i have had chronic lower back with serve pain which i am in all day and the sharp stabbing pins and needles also numbness when i walk do any physical activities like daily chores and i have to rest which is best for me what is causing this this problem for me
