Hello, I Have Had Gynecomastia Since Puberty And Its Minor.

Hello, i have had gynecomastia since puberty and its minor. I am 20 now and recently got my hormones level tested. Testosterone is normal but progesterone and estradiol are slightly higher. I would like to know if this hormone imbalance is the cause of gynecomastia. Do I have to get liposuction surgery or should I treat this hormone imbalance and reduce female hormone level which is just slightly higher to get rid of gynecomastia.
