Hello I Have Had Many Abortions And Was Preg Again,inserted

Hello i have had many abortions and was preg again,inserted 2 misoprostol,,i only bled for a few hours then stopped,,now its 2 days my abdomen is distended i cant sleep,i dont have money for scan i wonder if it was a success or not,should i repeat,,?i feel so sick
