Hello , I Have Had Sever Acne On My Back

Hello , i have had sever acne on my back and face for some time now and I have been on oratane for about 4 - 5 months. i didn't notice any changes in the first 4 months to my face but my back has cleared and now my face is starting as i have noticed in the last 2 weeks, the only problem is my whole face including my cheeks and eyes are swollen and my jaw looks more rounded, all my friends and family have noticed and i work at a pharmacy and the pharmacist said my cheeks are just inflamed from the sun, it has been swollen for about 1 and a half weeks and i looked online and other people are having this problem with the oratane and accutane, how can i get the swelling down?
