Hello, I Have Just Recently Went To A STD Health

Hello, i have just recently went to a STD Health Clinic today to get checked for STDs. They had did a visual as of now and said they did not notice any type of unusualness in the location of irritation. I have a uncormfortable rash, along with 2 tiny blisters and 3 medium sized sores. I had put fuciden on it hoping it would help but it did seem to go away. Do you think that could be making me think their is no STD or do they not go away with fuciden when it is a STD?
