Hello, I Have Klinefelters, With Xx/y, I Ve Been Haveing

Hello, i have klinefelters, with xx/y, i ve been haveing some testecal pain, can this be a major issue. I do have a doctor, but it takes up to three months for an apptment at my V.A, i do see a specailty doctor.. can you think it may be very serius??
