Hello, I Have Noticed A Rapid Heart Beat In My

Hello, i have noticed a rapid heart beat in my lower stomach almost as strong as if im pregnant but ive tested negative for pregnancy. and i can only really feel it when i am on my backor relaxed laying down i can feeland see my hnd jump with the beat as if a baby is kicking in my stomach what is going on?
