Hello, I Have Recently Had Antibiotics, Amoxicillin For A Chest

Hello, i have recently had antibiotics, amoxicillin for a chest infection but have been off them for about 2-3 days now and i am wondering if this can affect my period as there is an odd smell of germolene. Or if this isnt related can you please tell me why it smells like germolene? Thankyoi
