Hello I Have Strep Throat And I Think I Had

Hello i have strep throat and i think i had it longer than a couple days. More like almost maybe a month. I went to the doctor and got antibiotic but now im worried because i cough up mucus with a hint of blood in it. Is this something i need to be worried about??
