Hello I Have Type 2 Diabetes And Bipolar 1 And

Hello i have type 2 diabetes and bipolar 1 and schitzophrenia. I am currently taking zoloft (which i am out of for about four days won't get it until tomorrow) also carbramyazapene 400 mg atwice day and abilify and insulin 60units daily ( 30 so far today) my blood sugar is uncongrolled. It is high but coming down steadily, currently 378, which is "low-high" for me.
My medical problem i am experiencing are None of these things though. I have severe and multiple boils in my vabinal area and am experiencing severe menopause symptoms such as loss of hydration ie. My vagina is shedding skin and causing a rash and swelling of labia and clitoris and anal leakage and incontinence i just took clindomyacin hcl 300mg whst is happening? I am shaking and sleepy and weak and a little confused, fast heart rate and numbness and tingleing in my extremities
