Hello, I Havent Been Able To Excrete For Two Days

Hello, i havent been able to excrete for two days and have been unable to urinate today. I have drank plenty of fluids. I also have a severe pain on the lower right side of my abdomen and groin as of today & also feel bloated. Im a 17year old female, and a benign cyst was recently found on my groin if thats relevant.
