Hello I Just Had The Loop Recorder Device Implanted 2

Hello i just had the loop recorder device implanted 2 weeks ago but i think there is some type of infection now. my lymph node in my left armpit is swollen and it hurts the whole left side of my chest and breast hurt as well it started about 3 days ago. my chest pains have increased my vision keep going blury i am constantly dizzy and week. i have a doctors apt tomorrow after noon but i am wondering if that would be pointless if they are just going to send me to the ER
