Hello I Keep Getting Twinges And Pain In My Right

Hello i keep getting twinges and pain in my right side waist area and also have been having dull ache in my lower back also on the right side.. the lower back pain seems to have subsided but l am still getting regular twinges in my waist on the right hand side. My urine is clear but l
i have been feeling fatigue and not much appetite.
