Hello I Recently Had Surgery For A Pilonidal Cyst In

Hello i recently had surgery for a pilonidal cyst in march and they didnt stitch it up and had to close on its own they said and it became a scar in july but every now and then it keeps opening and bleeding and then close and open again and been dealing with this for 2 months already and been applying gauze and Vaseline like my wound nurse said and i dont know what to do anymore. What should i do? What am i doing wrong?
