Hello I Recently Notice After I Shaved My Legs And

Hello i recently notice after i shaved my legs and penis, i had a series of pimples all around my thighs and some in my genitals, i poped some of them and now its taking a long time to heal, specially in my genitals, it's not burning, it's not itchy, it's like a small pimple with a black dot in the middle, can anyone tell me what is this? I'm afraid for any stds, or infection of some kind
