Hello, I Recently Went To Planned Parenthood For My Annual

Hello, i recently went to planned parenthood for my annual exam and a suspected bacterial infection that was confirmed. They prescribed me metronidazole in pill form. I was unable to fill the precription for a few days and had also been given the depo shot so was advised to take a pregnancy test. I ended up taking the test before i took the first pill and it was positive. Am i still ok to take the antibiodics or do I need to get something else now? I would be roughly 5 weeks and 5 days at this point last period started on the 12 of december, had unprotected sex early morning december 29th, got shot january 6th took test and filled prescription the 15th.
