Hello I Wanted To Get An Opinion On Something. For

Hello i wanted to get an opinion on something. For about a month now ive been noticing that when i move a certain way, it feels like a nerve is being pinched in my lower left rib but closer to my stomach. It doesnt hurt but while laying in bed the other night on my back i noticed where that pibching feeling was so i felt around my rib nd i felt something odd like a lump or just something out of place. I compared it to the other side nd i dont feel that lump or whatever on the right. Please help
