Hello, I Was Recently Detected With A Mild Slip Disc

Hello, i was recently detected with a mild slip disc as i was getting lot of radiating pain in right leg.. We did MRI and found a mild slipdisc compressing a nerve. As told by doctor i did physiotherapy, exercises for a month.. Now from two weeks i was feeling something like tinkling (Numbness feeling) in my back right behind stomach position left side... I went to ortho did x ray of neck and it was fine. He just said to do exercises..
Now since three days i have numbness in left leg and left arm. I cannot figure out what to do.
