Hello Iam 40 Yrs Old Iam Suffering From Cervical Spondylosis

Hello iam 40 yrs old iam suffering from cervical spondylosis past from 4 years cuz of that i get giddiness balance problem sometimes if i move my eyes or head down or up same with eyes if i move i get giddiness and topover i have pain and burning sensation in my neck and now it goes to lower back it burns the pain comes in shoulders hands chest and back even my head and temples pain i took MRI doc asked me to consult neurosurgeon and he gave gabapentin and pain killer and asked me not ride bike or exercise or put belt i want to know is there any problem in future or any specialist doc where i can show or i have to do a surgery
