Hello, Im 20 Years Old, From Denmark. I Am Wondering

Hello, im 20 years old, from Denmark.

I Am wondering about a small red and flat bump on the head of my penis. I cant feel any differences, it doesnt hurt or anything. It has been there for around 2 weeks, that i have noticed. I Was circumsized about 3 years ago, and i Am a smoker.

I have read about HPV, erythroplasia Keira, lichen nitidus.
What im really concerned about is cancer.

The "dot" is not more than 2-4 mm, and is round shaped. Sometimes the skin is loose, but it is too small to Pick it off. I Can see a little Dark-ish faded skin, a few milimeters off the ret "dot", which shapes alittle bumpy spot upwards the penis hole.(this is not certain, just looks alittle like it, but im not sure)

Do i see a doctor? Or wait a little?
