Hello Im 21 And My Period Is 40 Days Late

Hello im 21 and my period is 40 days late and i had a stomach illness which made me take medicine i had membrane irratation i vomitted for 1 week dizzy and low blood pressure now im ok im 2 weeks no vomitting but i still feel dizzy and i cant stand any strong smell does that mean im pregnant or only sick
