Hello, Im 22 And Recently I Started Seeing Red Bumps

Hello, im 22 and recently I started seeing red bumps all over my tongue and I have lost my appetite, very bad headache, coughing, fever of 101-103. My MD said it isn't strep (they did a rapid strep test) and he is not quite sure what it is. So he prescribed zpak and now I am just as bad with diarrhea, very strong abdominal pains where I cant breathe. I need advice what to do
