Hello Im 22 Years Male, I Just Spotted Some Pinkish

Hello im 22 years male, i just spotted some pinkish white patches on my scrotum i don't know how that happened to me and it's not itching or anything like that it's just normal smooth patch (round like a small coin and some small dot) what can't it be? is it something serious? im not Sexually active, im worried coz it was all of sudden.
