Hello ...im 26 Year's Old And I'm Having A PCOS

Hello ...im 26 year's old and i'm having a PCOS ..I've been done for check up already my Doctor recomended to take some medicine like Metformen and the other one for reggulating my monthly period...but not like the others having PCOS i'm not gaining wieght ..i have some other issues regarding this kind of syndrome aside of not having a regular monty period...physically defferent ...is it still normal for PCOS like unwanted hair grows,my body shape look like more manly , and i had muscles and those vains really annoyed me all the time... Is their any chances to change my physical appearance..?please answer me...thank you
