Hello im 37y I have three children my smallest son 13 y when I became young I had five month regular period after than I have irregular period I got married I became pregnant and born baby but my period not became regular I saw doctor but they told me you are weak they gave me vitamins after 3 children I didn't become pregnant and my period is no regular now ther hair grew in my chain and my upper lip like hirsutism I search about hirsutism in internet the best medicine of pcos and hirsutism is inositol and nac but it didn't find in Afghanistan I came in turkey but here I found just inositol but I didn't find nac I become upset .but again I tried to search in internet I found your site please help me what can I do ?
