Hello, I'm A 24 Year Old Woman Who Is Now

Hello, i'm a 24 year old woman who is now pregnant with second baby. I was diagnosed with AVN 2011 from MVA. i've had core decompression on left hip and waiting for right to get done. is it safe to be pregnant or should i be on bed rest. hips are in rough shape and almost 50% gone on both hips.
