Hello Im A 39 Yr Old Female,240 Pounds And I

Hello im a 39 yr old female,240 pounds and i stand 8 hr a day at work. i have always had varicose veins but i have had 2 kids and this last year i have found a black and blue bubble on my vein. then i found 2 more down by my ankle. all on my veins. can anyone tell me if i need to go see my doctor
