Hello, Im Currently Dealing With "prostasis" For 2 Weeks Now,

Hello, im currently dealing with "prostasis" for 2 weeks now, was put on 10 days ( 20 pills ) of cipro, did nothing, now i jus been put on 3 more weeks of cipro. Is this the right move? My symptoms have not improved as my urge to urinate is constant all day long with a burning sensation through my penis. Its been pure hell and making em go crazy mentally, this constant urge to pee. Is there anything else i can do or jus stay on the meds for another 3 weeks. Also i did a urine test and they found microscopic bloo din the urine, culture results come back in 3 days or so. What can help me cope with this? home rememdies? Thank you for your time - Joseph
