Hello. Injury 10 Yrs Ago Never Treated But Initial Pain

Hello. injury 10 yrs ago never treated but initial pain and stiffness faded but came back at times. while loading a truck someone threw a 25 lb bag of flour at me while not ready but caught it anyway. by next day pain could be 8-9 at times in the right hip area. once the pain reduced i noticed that there was also a weakness that i thought was just from wincing from the pain. this time the symptoms are not fading. more painful and restricted motion walking forward on flat surface than going up stairs. pain is more inside, but can be on the outside also. walking backward does not cause any pain or weakness. i don't have a regular doctor so wanting to know what type of doctor to start with if not a GP. Thank you.
