Hello Is It Possible That Ultrasound Cavitation For Reducing Fat

Hello is it possible that ultrasound cavitation for reducing fat can make the fatty area look worse? I think this has happened to me but the clinic I went to doesn't want to know. They don't actually seem to have any basic medical/biological knowledge, sadly.
